Since the end of last year we have been asking all members to think about giving someone a pat on the back.
To do this we ask you to think about who you think has been particularly helpful, has posted interesting material or has asked a good question. Also if anyone has been happy to discuss and have posted in a friendly open way. Basically is someone has caught your eye or impressed you in some way then this is your chance to say well done to them.
About half way through each month I start up a thread asking for nominations for any member who is not a full moderator, committee member or someone who has previously won it. Suggestions can be either posted on the thread or you can PM me with names you may have. You can put more than one name forward but we do ask that you give a reason why you are nominating them.
After a vote I announce who the member of the month is. We have many ideas that are coming up for how to give an extra reward to the winners and may be announcing something soon!
